Join us for **Sunday Worship and Communion** at the First Baptist Church of Crown Heights as we gather in praise, gratitude, and reflection around the Lord’s table. Our service opens with *I Will Bless the Lord* by Byron Cage, followed by the Call to Worship and Invocation led by Rev. Dr. Ava Jolley, inviting us to come with humble and grateful hearts as we remember the sacrifice of Jesus Christ. Together we lift our voices in the hymn *More About Jesus* (#565) and pray for the Holy Spirit to meet us in this sacred moment and restore the joy of our salvation.
Rev. Beaulah E. Smith will lead the congregation in prayer, followed by the choral response *Bless His Name* by Linwood Dillard. We’ll hear Life at First Baptist from Sis. Alecia Mason, and Rev. Dr. Rashad Raymond Moore will share Pastoral Emphasis before we continue worship through the Ministry of Giving. The Scripture reading from **John 13:1–17 (NRSV)** reminds us of Christ’s example of humility and service. Our hearts will be lifted through the meditation *Total Praise* by Richard Smallwood before Rev. Moore delivers the homily and invitation.
We will then gather at the Lord’s table for **Holy Communion**, welcoming one another through the Right Hand of Fellowship and sharing the bread and the cup with the hymn *Perfect Sacrifice* (#296). The service concludes with the Benediction as we go forth renewed in faith and strengthened for the week ahead.
